Hey early career ecologists, bit of a thread that I could really use help getting out to interested writers!

So @HasikAdam and I have been running Ecology for the Masses for almost 2 and a half years now. In that time, it's grown way more than we expected. 1/6
That's thanks in a large part to an amazing team of international contributors, including @sagitaninta, @StefanJGVriend, @NeanderTanja, @sastoudt, @BiekerVanessa, @marinaspr, @JuliaRamsauer91, @lalalarav and @cp_mandeville. 2/6
BUT, Adam and I are in the final stretches of writing our PhD theses, and it's getting harder and harder for us to write anything meaningful on a regular basis.

I really don't want to let this site flounder though. 3/6
It was designed as an outlet for early-career researchers to get their voices out there and try their hand at SciComm, and in that regard I think we've been pretty successful so far. So if you know anyone who is interested in #scicomm and is involved in ecology.... 4/6
...and looking to get their voice heard, please tell them to get in touch! We're always looking for new contributors, and would really like to publish new interesting content from people with different backgrounds. 5/6
