th him and he told me he will deliver it by the next day and the next day I got a message showing my item cancelled and I called delivery agent and we had talk and he abused me and told me 'do whatever you can' I reported it on your customer care and your customer care executive
assured me he will make the delivery happen by next day which is Sunday, but Sunday also my order shows cancelled in the app, so I contacted the customer care executive and they told by Monday that's today it will deliver but its still showing cancelled and I called again to you
r customer care now they are showing they will deliver it next day or they will cancel and refund it, if I wanted to cancel and refund I could have done it by friday itself. I trusted your delivery agent who insulted me then I trusted your customer care executive for almost three
times, I'm a prime member, this is how you treat your customers. Shame on you Amazon, if you can't do something regarding this even after all this let me know and let me take it through consumer court or whatever other ways left for me.
