Some possible solutions for when to conduct the exams:
1.Postpone for 2 months, and by then set up more centres in the states.(Not very good)
2.Handover charge to the states to conduct as they see fit.(Cons of this:no AIQ)[1/5]

3.Declare a zero year like USA and Germany until mass immunization
Cons:Age will not pause
Pros:
-No year loss
-No uncertainty
(This is probably the best)

Why Zero year should be a thing:
-students who can't afford to wait can enroll in university as classes are already online.
-those who wish to keep preparing can do so
-the time that students get can be used productively as follows

-Set up instructors for 1 year online diploma courses like counselling, nutrition, photography, designing etc.
-Engaging in these will help students keep up their productivity
-if NEET/JEE do not work out well, they'ill still have chosen a field of interest and can pursue it[4/5]

-the main goal is to manage human resources
-encouraging such courses will help students & employ educators.
-provide incentives for online teaching & education. [5/5]
