The light we see during meditation
You can see different types of light during meditation. White, yellow, red, beige, blue, green, mixed, like a flash of lightning, like a blazing sun,
like a fiery fire, like a blazing spark, or a light like a shining moon star. All these types of light are the light of the five elements located in our body.

Our body is made up of 5 elements and every element has its own color. The colour of the earth element is yellow,
colour of the water element white, the color of the fire element is red, the colour of the air element is Beige and the colour of the sky element is blue. Therefore, the element of the body you will be will prevail during the light of the color of the same element mostly.
Yellow and white light mainly experience all seekers but the red side blue light looks less

In the initial state of meditation, you may see white light in the shape of the needle tip on your bhukuti, third eye, or you may see small bits of white light or shells on your bhukti
Gradually, when you move forward in meditation, then this vision of light will change from small form to big form. You can see white light in huge form. Initially, this light will not be permanent,
but it will disappear as soon as the light appears. But then slowly this light will start appearing permanently for a longer period of time.
As soon as you get to see this light, your body will be filled with mystery and thrill, you will experience unlimited bliss and your heart will be lost in the sight of this light.
When your attention will start to grow high in meditation, then you will also see light in the same proportion. Therefore, whenever you see light in your meditative state, then you should understand that your spiritual practice is going well and consider it as a sign of progress
The sight of light indicates that you are moving beyond physical consciousness and entering into subtle consciousness. This is a very good symptom.
