before i get into the first day i wanted to clarify that i only made this thread bc ive gotten a lot of questions ab water fasting and the internet gives a lot of unclear signals +
some say it’s bad some say it’s good
i literally don’t give a fuck i’m doing what i’ve tried and what works yk what i’m saying ? everyone’s body is different but i’m sure SOMEONE out there has similar proportions and would find this helpful so why not ?
