@BajajAllianz last year i purchased a car insurance.. they quoted me for a package zero dep, engine shield protector and RSA.. I paid the amount for the same.. you issued me a comprehensive policy with no benifit. I called customer care . Gave me email of back end team. No rspns
That care fellow through whom I purchased this policy is not coming on phn call.. i called there ..team told me 5 time.. sir we will arrange a call.. no call yet... i trusted on bajaj.. they cheated..
@BajajAllianz Still waiting for a significance response... in last week I talked to two representative.. received a mail from grievance dept. But no solution till now.. Kindly update me with a suitable response..
