There is a dangerous and unhinged gunman with a badge in the footage. Who calmly stalked a man, grabbed the back of his shirt & fired a weapon repeatedly at point blank range.
I want to know that gunman is in a cell. I want his name in the headlines attached to the word ARRESTED.

If it was not an officer, if it had been a POC with the gun in this footage the SHOOTERS name and mugshot would be all over the news right now, and not the name of the victim.

It doesn't matter what he was trying to do. His back was turned and he was shot repeatedly from less than an arms length away.

I also do not think the officers deserve ANY credit for the "herosim" of providing medical aid ND stabilization enough for the victim to get to to a hospital.

Causing deliberate and severe harm and then covering it up by rendering medical aid is part of the standard cycle of abuse common to domestic violence.
