:: It's going to be a while until we know everything, but here's what we know right now.

Jacob Blake was shot by a Kenosha Police officer Sunday around 5 p.m.

It's unclear how many times Blake was shot, but the officer is heard on video firing seven times.
Blake had his back to the officer and was trying to get into a grey car.

All this happened in the 2800 Block of 40th Street in Kenosha.

As of 8 p.m., Blake was alive, in serious condition at a Milwaukee hospital.
Police were called to that address just before 5 p.m. for "family trouble" according to recordings of police radio dispatchers.

The person who called police from that address said Blake was not supposed to be there.

A dispatcher tells officers there is a warrant out for Blake.
We don't know what happened between that radio call and the shots fired.

From past reporting, I know some Kenosha Police officers do wear body cameras. Some don't.

It's unclear from the video if the officers involved were wearing cameras.
The state DOJ is now in charge of the shooting investigation.

These investigations can take months.

I'll share more as I know it.
I'm seeing some people posting that Blake has died.

That is not yet confirmed by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner, which would be notified.

I just spoke with them at 11:03 and they have not.
