:: It& #39;s going to be a while until we know everything, but here& #39;s what we know right now.

Jacob Blake was shot by a Kenosha Police officer Sunday around 5 p.m.

It& #39;s unclear how many times Blake was shot, but the officer is heard on video firing seven times.
Blake had his back to the officer and was trying to get into a grey car.

All this happened in the 2800 Block of 40th Street in Kenosha.

As of 8 p.m., Blake was alive, in serious condition at a Milwaukee hospital.
Police were called to that address just before 5 p.m. for "family trouble" according to recordings of police radio dispatchers.

The person who called police from that address said Blake was not supposed to be there.

A dispatcher tells officers there is a warrant out for Blake.
We don& #39;t know what happened between that radio call and the shots fired.

From past reporting, I know some Kenosha Police officers do wear body cameras. Some don& #39;t.

It& #39;s unclear from the video if the officers involved were wearing cameras.
The state DOJ is now in charge of the shooting investigation.

These investigations can take months.

I& #39;ll share more as I know it.
I& #39;m seeing some people posting that Blake has died.

That is not yet confirmed by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner, which would be notified.

I just spoke with them at 11:03 and they have not.
