I beg all of you to like just read about other countries not in Western Europe when it comes to economics like I beg of you to just understand the world a little bit better it is not hard

The world is not only the USA and a rotation of 8 countries in Western Europe and China but only when it makes one of the other countries look bad

Every time I read a book or article or listen to a podcast or anything related to economics it makes my worldview bigger and realize there's so much I don't know about how the world works like I promise it makes everything more vivid and positive to realize no one has the answers

Also: capitalist and communist propaganda have existed for decades and many of those campaigns are still in motion. That's the reality. But not every negative critique of an economic scenario is propaganda like sometimes it's obvserved fact and it helps to use your brain

This thread was inspired by a very confident assertion someone made that was myopic at best and insulting to the existence of the rest of the world at worst.
