y'all the FUNNIEST thing just happened here's the longest thread in existence abt it
so today i've been extra lonely bc my roommate still isn't here yet so i've been trying to see how i can make friends,, lo and behold i look down and see a weird circle of ppl in the courtyard talking to each other
i think to myself "wow this is the perfect opportunity" and make my way over to the elevator and try and figure out how to get there,,,
i wait seven years for the elevator to show up, awkwardly ask the receptionist how to get there (which is hard bc i feel inadequate, remember?) and finally look down to see,,,
no one. they all left before i could talk to them.
i go down there anyway out of spite to the universe, and just fall on my back and stare into the sky,, telling myself over and over again that it'll be ok,,, for abt five minutes, then i get up
so i look up behind me and SOMEONE WAS LOOKING AT ME THE ENTIRE TIME FROM THE DORM WINDOW,, THEY START WAVING AT ME AND I WAVE BACK AND THEN THEIR ROOMMATE SHOWS UP SO NOW WERE ALL JUST WAVUBG AT EACHOTHER
IVE NEVER FELT SO CONNECTED TO A STRANGERS SILHOUETTE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE IT MADE MY DAY TEN TIMES BETTER DBKBKDB
