Buying low on face planters is not a winning strategy. If someone is telling you to buy-low, change the channel.

If you sort it by dynasty rookie draft round it looks like this:

1st - 4/26 = 15%
2nd - 2/20 = 10%
3rd - 2/27 = 7.4%
4th - 1/13 = 7.7%

In 2019 the players you should be punting from round 1 are:

N'Keal Harry (farewell sweet prince)
Hakeem Butler (lolz)
Parris Campbell (trap)
JJ Arcega-Whiteside (yikes)

From round 2...

Andy Isabella (though at his current price you are buying guys with this kind of hit rate anyway)

Kelvin Harmon - The injury this year really makes it so that he will be swimming up current.
