Spent 2017 hitting on my future babies mother, and during that summer noticed a bitcoin atm at a deli and decided to watch some rando bitcoin movie on Netflix. Didn’t leave much of an impression, or at least I didn’t think it did.

October 2017, in a foreign country watching some shit tv I, no shit “heard a voice” tell me “Buy bitcoin.”

Spent the rest of the week looking at the historical price action.

Over the course of the next two years, as I was forced to turn off the machines because direct buying was so much cheaper, I spent my time understanding cold storage and securing my keys.
And I learned about buying KYC and non KYC.

So now I’ve more or less achieved my auto DCA and chill phase along with spending my time better understanding the crypto math (I’ve got a math background), and working on becoming more proficient with key security and full node operation.

I liquidated my 401k In 2018 to buy and hold my keys in btc.
Every paycheck is 100% into btc after monthly bills and expenses.
Bitcoin is my unit of account. It’s my store of value. And after we reach the moon, I’ll use it as my medium of exchange.

I’m in finance for my 9-5. More like 8-7 six days a week. And many of my colleagues, and I mean WEALTHY colleagues, are also irresponsibly long.
