I’ve been able to quit therapy, and I’m just so much happier and more focused and dedicated to my work. I think my work is better too.
I've never worked harder yet felt better about it. I used to come home on Fridays and just collapse with exhaustion and allergies, but now I have a social life (via Zoom, but still). This past Friday I didn't even feel like drinking because I just felt ... good

Oh, I've also been able to stop taking my allergy meds (with no ill effects) and I lost five pounds just from not eating garbage from the vending machines
