Working from home is the best thing that’s ever happened for my mental and physical health
I’ve been able to quit therapy, and I’m just so much happier and more focused and dedicated to my work. I think my work is better too.
I've never worked harder yet felt better about it. I used to come home on Fridays and just collapse with exhaustion and allergies, but now I have a social life (via Zoom, but still). This past Friday I didn't even feel like drinking because I just felt ... good 🙂
Oh, I've also been able to stop taking my allergy meds (with no ill effects) and I lost five pounds just from not eating garbage from the vending machines
