Just over 30 years ago, the game in UK was paying players more than here in Australia.

Now a player goes to UK for less money, less certainty that they'll get paid, but hey, there's free pizza.

I cannot get over how absurdly stupid this is.

The SL will claim that the free advertising-free pizza deal is a goodwill gesture to work towards a deal that involves money next year.
