It's Mikey! The Turtle who got mad Skills!!
To be honest with all of yall I really don't have much to say about Mikey (maybe the Mikey stans could help out)

Michelangelo is a turtle who cares for his family, having his Heart on his sleeve (shell). For example, he alone gave Draxum another Chance to do good.

However that doesn't mean Mikey isn't just the 'happy' character. There's more to him. As said earlier he cares for his family more often then not he is the one to comfort his brothers if they fail a task.

For Example, in Tales of Hidden City prt.4 he convinces Splinter and Draxum to at least come to an agreement on their relationship with their family. He actually gets angry at Splinter for not giving DraxDa- Draxum another chance...

... saying that Draxum and Spinter are both his 'father' (Draxum Created them/Splinter Raised them).
