Gentle reminder that you *do not* have to "write every day" to be a writer person.

If that method works for you, awesome! If it does not, equally ok! What matters is that you know your best practices and take care of yourself. <3 Everyone's energy levels are unique, like yours.
There is no One True Way to be a writer and anyone who tries to guilt you into believing that is wrong. Prescriptive advice never applies to everyone.

You are the best judge of what works for YOU. You don't have to follow someone else's process if it doesn't help you.
I know prescribed advice gets thrown around A LOT and it can actually be harmful! "Write every day or else you're not a real writer" is bullshit. (Actively harmful, imo, and I teeth-gnash when I see it handed out like Judgments.)

You write? You're a writer.
Me? I'm a burst writer. I can write for several days in a row and then I don't.

And remember it is ABSOLUTELY OKAY NOT TO BE CREATIVE OR "PRODUCTIVE", your well-being is more important--YOU are more important--than a word count quota, especially if it hurts your health.
Write in the way that works for YOU.

It is okay. It is good.

(Brought to you by me seeing bad perscriptionism again and getting mad lmao. Seriously, what method works for you is what matters. <3)
