It’s amazing the lengths people, including black men, are going to justify not caring about what happened for @theestallion and it makes me sick.
Case in point.

I’m from Texas. I’m old enough to remember when Selena was shot and killed by her psycho, embezzling business associate.

I don’t remember people blaming Selena for “hanging with the wrong crowd, what did she expect?”

But thats what people are saying about Megan @theestallion
The people who are like “why didn’t Megan say something sooner” are acting like we women don’t see how quick y’all are to protect black men who are accused of abusing women.

-Chris Brown
-R. Kelly
-Russell Simmons

And yes, Kobe Bryant.

Just to name A FEW.
All of this is why I don’t care for the “black women are going to save us” crap.

We show up for *literally everybody else*, to carry everyone while we are limping, bleeding. Holding the tears in.

Because y’all don’t like us when black women are —justifiably —- angry.
