{The punishment of Homosexuality in islam }

We have recently noticed some frauds advocating for LGBT rights, claiming that islam has no law Againt same-sex marriage, and even the Quran does not condemn it,

In this [thread] I'll show the orthodox view refuting this .
1)The crime of homosexuality is one of the greatest crimes, the most abhorrent of deeds, & Allah punished those who did it in a way that He didn't punish other nations. It is indicative of violation of the instinct, total misguidance, weak intellect & lack of religious commitment
2)but recently we've had some ppl saying : (Allah did not punish the ppl of prophet lot for homosexuality rather for rape and murder, therefore Allah did not condemn the act itself)

The person who said this either never read the Quran or purposely is trying to misrepresent it !
3)anyone who understood the Quran Would see the main issue that Allah condemned in that story was homosexuality In fact it was the reason why he sent to them the messenger to begin with, if it happened that he condemned other crimes this wouldn't mean homosexuality isn't included
4)so the claim that Allah condemned rape & murder but not homosexuality is absolutely absurd. Bcz there is no mention in the Quran whatsoever where Allah told them "why do you rape people" Rather he condemned the fact that they used to approach men with desire instead of women
5)they Either admit Allah called the sadomites criminals & every crime has punishment
Or
Allah called them criminals but has no punishment for them

The latter contradicts the fact that Allah doesn't see something a crime unless it goes againt his law, therefore it's punishable
6)another trick these ppl try to play is denying the authantic ahadith of the prophet pbuh which state the punishment of homosexuality. So they can go and twist the meanings of the Quran.

They reject how Muhammadﷺ explained the Quran, to give us their brilliant interpretation
7)The Messenger of Allah said:

“Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Lot, execute the one who does it and the one to whom it is done.”

Classed as authantic by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.
8)And he peace and blessings of Allah be upon him said :

"May Allah curse the one who does the action of the people of Lot, may Allah curse the one who does the action of the people of Lot,” three times

classed as hasan by Shu’ayb al-Arna’oot in Tahqeeq al-Musnad
9)there is another thing that I myself consider it to be a knockout to these degenerates besides, the Quran & the clear Sunnah!

It is the consensus of the sahaba may Allah be pleased with them, those are who witnessed the revelation. And were the disciples of the prophetﷺ
10)Sahaba unanimously agreed on the execution of homosexuals, they differed as to how they were to be executed. Some said they should be burned, which was the view of ‘Ali & Abu Bakr, & some like ibn Abbass, said they should be thrown down from a high place then stoned afterwards
11)After sahaba, scholars differed as to who shall take the punishment of death (all homosexuals or only the married)

Some said that he should be executed no matter what his situation, whether married or not

Some said that he should be punished in the same way as an adulterer
12)Ibn al-Qayyim discussed this issue at length, he mentioned the evidence and arguments of the scholars, and he supported the first view as it's explained in his book al-Jawaab al-Kaafi’ li man sa’ala ‘an al-Dawa’ al-Shaafi, which he wrote to deal with this immoral act
he said:
13)Ibn Taymiyah said: With regard to homosexuality, some scholars said that the punishment for it is the same as punishment for zina, or less than that. But the correct view on which the Sahaba were unanimously agreed is that both are to be killed, whether they are married or not
14)but we must keep in mind, the one to whom it is done is like the one who does it, bcz both took part in the sin. So both are to be punished by execution, But not in all cases, bcz One who is forced into sodomy by beating, death threats etc He is not subject to any punishment
15)in (Sharh Muntaha al-Iradat (3/348)

(There is no punishment if the one who has been sodomized is forced into it, such as if the one who did it overpowered him or threatened him with death or beating and the like)

It's worth noting that it's also the case if a woman was raped
16)another exception
If the one to whom it was done is a minor and has not reached puberty. There is no punishment for him but should be disciplined in a way that will stop him from committing this crime, but if the one who did it to him was aware & an adult he shall be executed
17)conclusion:
From this brief explanation. We see the punishment of homesexuality demonstrated by the Quran and by the sunnah And by the consensus of the companions of the prophetﷺ. And all the scholars of jurisprudence.

Anyone that claims otherwise. Is contradicting Islam.
