When your in the gym
Don’t listen to that old fella telling people to jump straight to a 90% lift so you don’t tire your muscles out
Or the kid rushing around the gym in a string vest banging dumbbells at every opportunity
This is how you should spend your time in the gym..

1. Progressive
Start slow and warm up thoroughly. Increase that blood flow and release some stress off your tendons.
I promise you now you will lift 5-10% better once your muscles are fully warm.

2. Methodical
This is so important, plan your session out. You can use that extra focus on your lifting rather than worrying about what to do next.
Planning/tracking can also allow you stay on top of your overload and identify where you are going to progress next.

3. Meticulous
Attention to detail is key. Really think about what your workout consists of and why your doing it. If you don’t know how? Get some advice!
Feel the movements you are doing and let each muscle express itself correctly. Mind muscle connection vibes.

4. Do not rush
Calm yourself down, be relaxed, then explode when it’s needed. Control your breathing and breath only through your nose for more oxygen intake.
Rushed reps are usually shit reps. Stay honest.

@SolBrah Vol 2 mix has really helped me stay relaxed between sets, feeling the workouts, appreciating the session.
That sense of calmness will keep you in complete control, absolutely owning your session.
