Kid since the start of the war has shown no care for allying himself with Luffy or caring for the samurai, he's focused on reaching Kaido. Right now Luffy is preoccupied with Big Mom and Kid isn't, he will be heading for the roof where Kaido is.

The result will likely lead to Kid being incapacitated from the war, as he doesn't have a Chopper to help heal him. Meaning I think Kid will defeat Queen but the cost will take him out of the battle.
