1. Try to stop procrastinating, procrastination is a killer when i’m sixth form.
2. Schedule your days and follow it religiously, you’ll realise that you have more time during the day than you actually think. Also make time for yourself! Private time is beneficial, it helps with your mental health. Go out with friends and family or enjoy your hobbies etc
3. No one cares about what you wear. After the first month everyone will be looking a mess, just make sure it’s smart and comfortable (depending on where you attend)
4. Exercise regularly, even if it’s 30 minutes a day. Exercise and sweating helps relief stress
5. Don’t hesitate to ask for help. Ask your teachers loads of questions if ours unsure of anything. Don’t be scared, They are there to help
6. Don’t waste your free periods. The first month it’s not that deep but after that make sure you’re using them properly
7. Don’t over-work yourself but at the same time don’t under-work either.
8. Good nights sleep is always beneficial. Aim for 8 hours or more. Also eat breakfast in the morning, nothing too heavy, just something that will sustain you till lunch
9. Try not to splash out on junk food or meal deals on a daily basis, bring in some food from home if you can or if you get free school meals, use it. it will help you save a lot of money that can be used for other things
