7 email lists that you ABSOLUTELY must be on!

[THREAD]
During my time on Twitter,
I have subscribed to (and unsubscribed from) dozens of mailing lists.

A lot of them are not worth it.

But, a few offer life-changing ideas and actionable advice.

Here's my listdown of the best:
(1/7) LMM (Harsh Strongman @LifeMathMoney)

Been on this list since the days when the newsletter archives themselves were GR products.

If your goal is to keep bettering yourself
(as it should be!)
You definitely must sign up for this one!

The best starting point for beginners.
LMM talks about:

- Self-improvement
- NOT SIMPing
- Making money. NOT wasting time.
- Seeing through societal brainwashing: feminism, gender, the weakening of men, day jobs, fitness and a lot more
(2/7) Well Built Style (Manny @wellbuiltstyle)

The name says it all.

If you are a man and you don't pay attention to how you dress,
You're kicking several opportunities in the gut.

Seriously, start working on grooming yourself.
Follow @wellbuiltstyle and get his newsletters for
- Men's style tips for every season

(3/7) James Clear ( @JamesClear)

"The most wisdom per word of any newsletter on the web."

3 ideas, 2 quotes, 1 question every Thursday.
This is one of my absolute favorites.

Thought-provoking, insightful and crisp.
"difference between motion and action.
Motion:

-talk to a personal trainer
-research your book idea
-explore different types of meditation

Action:

-do 10 squats
-write 1 sentence
-meditate for 1 minute

Motion feels like progress. Action is progress."

- @JamesClear's last mail
Emails from @JamesClear revolve around

- Habits
- Efficiency
- Systems
- Thought Processes

I actively look forward to his emails every Thursday!

Must subscribe.
Can't recommend I enough!!
(4/7) Alexander ( @selfconquering)

Don't hate on women.
Don't be a slave to women either.

Learn how women function.
Learn to deal with them.
Learn to lead like you are supposed to.
Learn to be the man you were meant to be.
A quote from Alex's most recent email:

"A great man is NOT fazed by pussy AT ALL.

YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANTED.

As it SHOULD be."

- @selfconquering
In his emails, Alex talks about:

- Frame
- Masculinity
- Sex, seduction, self conquering (duh)
- Preserving the fire in your marriage

Do not let the strong man within you succumb to modern indoctrination.
(5/7) JK Molina

JK is one helluva writer.
The king of valuable email series.

You could put the content from his emails
Make it into an ebook
And sell it for profit.

That's how good they are.
@OneJKMolina writes about:

- Twitter Tactics
- Life skills
- Philosophy and human interactions
- Subsconsciously making you want to learn Spanish

The emails are a pleasure to read.
(6/7) Joey ( @ImprovementGeek)

Joey is an inspiration for anyone struggling to fix their life.

The man went from a 370lbs, prediabetic, video game addict

TO

A Georgia Tech grad who lost 170lbs and is in full control of his life.
Things I love Joey's emails for:
