#THREAD • I woke up in the middle of the night to pee and when I got back in bed I picked up my phone , it was 3Am ,I saw that a friend had responded to my IG Stories so I replied .She immediately replied and asked why I was up , I was like nah , I’m trying to sleep more lately

Then she said she’s always up & was. just thinking about how she does nothing for herself , I’m just working & I do nothing for me” she replied . I said oh no! You have to take care of yourself , I encouraged her to do all the things she wanted , I’m big on self care

I shared with her all the things I do to make ME happy, single or not . Guess what guys , she sent me pictures of all the things she got for herself , from home appliances to flowers . She was VERY HAPPY . I was happier . I’m sharing this to everyone with the hope

that someone out there in my friends shoes will see that SELFCARE is mandatory. We are only on this earth for a time , take care of yourself , yes it’s good to save but it’s also good to enjoy the fruit of your labor , the work of your hands . Every end of the year , i gift
