Okay, before i start.
This is my opinion and theory, you can disagree with me or agree with it, in thread will be a theory based on trailer and what we have seen so far.

Im gonna start of this thread with Grandpa Pig?
First, we saw Pedro wear clothes, so i dont lnow if this is George with clothes, or Grandpa, but if this is grandpa, he is probbably on a ship,which means the Zombpiggy in Chapter 7 could be Uncle Pig...

Here, we see Zizzy near blood, which could mean multiple things:
1.she got captured and got tortured and wounds started poping up
2.maybe someone died and she saw blood, and she got angry

About Wolf/Husky
1.we know shes a girl(eyelashes)
2.shes not infected
At the moment until we meet this in game we wont know much about her, my speculation is that she shot Pedro maybe, and Zizzy (previous picture) saw his blood, and saw Wolf/Husky capturing him

Finaly, we come to pedro, as seen here, first picture is him finding some sort of a facility, maybe thats where the second picture takes place at, whete we see his glasses, thus could mean that he got attacked by an infected, and locked himself in the room, so he cant harm anyone

Also, i know, the end of trailer, thats probbably Penny,the Mr. P OF THIS STORY could be Penny, cause George is with us and not infected(memory was his nightmate he is not infected)
We see Penny guarding the cure?
Maybe she was supposed to get it, but something happened and she-
