I Hated It.

Office Politics Are Acts Done By People To Solely Benefit Them or...

To Benefit Some Hidden Agenda They Have, In Short:

- Bad Managers
- Selfish Staff
- Weird Rule Changes

There Will Be Other Examples,

Some People I Worked With Hated It Too, But Did Nothing.

Not Me Though..

I Left A Comfortable Job,

- No Risk Of Being Fired
- I Was Great At It
- It Was Easy To Me

I Wanted Better For Myself,

I Took a 25% Pay-cut To Train In Project Management.

Within A Year Of My Pay-cut...

I Doubled My Salary.
