a staff they carry around everywhere??
both have some mysterious house and own shops where they sell “abnormal” collectibles and scam ppl w them?? 
both are wanted and have a criminal record and they are petty theifs, con artists, fraud artists cmon
they also have smarter more successful sibling who they used to get along and shared the same goals with but now they despise each other?? 
they both have to look after a goofy kid over the summer
they also are very secretive and have a past they dont wanna be reminded of
also im in no way saying the owl house is copying gravity falls
actually i think that since this is literally a parallel universe, in luz’s world there’s already a grunkle stan and that in boiling aisles she just met a parallel version of him?
i have no owl house moots so no one cares abt this thread
