Just a reminder, a number of types of sexual harassment have no laws against them. However that does not make them acceptable. With the Alex Salmond case, it is clear that he didn't break a law, but what he did was highly unethical and problematic. Stop saying he's innocent.
He's not innocent. His innocence was not proven, even one of the verdicts was listed as not proven. What he did was legally acceptable, but at one point it marital rape was legally acceptable. So do we have to ignore ethics when talking about AS?
Not only that, it's nearly impossible to get a 'guilty' verdict in sexual harassment cases due to the fact much happens behind closed doors and leaves only the accuser and the defendant as witnesses. This obviously turns it into a he said/she said case which is difficult to prove
