[STREAMING]

Okay so ive done some "research" (lol haha) and this is YT& #39;s criteria for counting views:

1. A user intentionally initiates watching the video
2. The user watches it for at least 30 seconds
And this one is from Google Support: Using multiple devices to watch the same video and streaming the same video across multiple windows and tabs are considered low-quality playbacks. Low-quality playbacks may be discarded.
So how to make sure your views is being counted?

1. Make sure that you clicked the video or searched the video (not from a playlist/autoplay/refresh/replay)
2. Play videos in between before playing again.
3. Do not spam comments (yt does not count views from an account that spams comments bc it can be detected as bot)
4. Comment normally (one way for a view to be counted is when the account interacts with video i think it& #39;s if you like/comment)
5. Finish the video (yes, 30s is what it takes for a count to be counted but a low watch time also affects how the algorithm reacts to this video, low watch time=bad video technically)

In other words, ACT AS HUMAN AS POSSIBLE :D
For the common misconceptions:
1. "Skipping ads won& #39;t count your views."
- No, skipping the ads does not invalidate your views. I didn& #39;t find anything that says that it will do so and as far as i know ads are only good for ad revenues.
Besides there are ads that are even longer than the video itself so i don& #39;t think it& #39;s logical. But if you want to provide ad revenues to support the channel, you may do so :)
2. "You can& #39;t pause the video while watching."
- No, clicking pause will not invalidate your views. Again, the 30 second watch time is what counts for them. They can even count it as a view if someone watched the first 20s of a video and skipped to the last 10s.
3. "The video quality must be 480p or higher."
- I didn& #39;t find anything that supports this claim and again, it& #39;s the watch time that& #39;s important for the algorithm.
4. "The volume must be at least 50%."
- Same reason with 3. Well, just to be safe, don& #39;t play while on mute.
(But if you have references abt 2,3,4 pls hmu i really want to know why this is in every str34ming rules lol)
Lastly, there& #39;s an unknown limit where yt will stop counting your views for a day. Some says that it& #39;s 4-5 times a day for a specific video but this isn& #39;t that reliable so we still don& #39;t know.
But don& #39;t push yourselves too hard and learn to rest because some of your efforts might be worthless when you exceeded the "limit".
This is all i& #39;ve researched so far. If you have questions feel free to ask :) And i also encourage you to do your own research because i may not be entirely right here.
And i& #39;m not really forcing you to do all these especially the misconceptions, you do you if you want just to be safe because tbh who knows how yt works lol
Anyways, that& #39;s all happy streaming if you get to this part! :)
