hi, i’ve been wanting do this thread for a hot minute and now i’m finally making it! i thought it’d be a good time for me to make a post about misophonia, as i’ve been struggling extra hard with it recently.

first i’d like to give my own run simple run down of what misophonia is for those who don’t know! basically it’s a sensory disorder where certain noises and sometimes motions can make you feel stress,uncomfortable,angry or even violent in some cases.
i really hope this thread helps people in anyway possible. misophonia is totally real and it really sucks. it makes my day to day life very difficult due to the way certain triggers can make me feel. i have to avoid many situations best i can but a lot of the time i am not able..
.. to. it makes a lot of complications with family,school and work. it’s something that i’ve realized i struggled with for a very long time and have only realized about a year ago what it was. if you have any questions please feel free to ask :)
