the point is that *all* the successful covid responses have happened thru governance structures not thru miraculously intelligent spontaneous social response

tho im sure we could all have been miraculously socially intelligent about the pandemic if we were just chilling in packs and dreaming with our bodies as god intended instead of living in capitalism

in that sense i agree with psychoanalysis and black communism - everyone is very smart
