Like many of you, we are stretched thin by the strain of working to confront one crisis after another.

This year has been particularly brutal to farm workers. There are, however, ways you can help. (Thread.) https://twitter.com/nowthisnews/status/1296933346107219968
You can vote to elect people that believe in the science of climate change, and for people who have always seen the often-overlooked contributions of essential workers. https://twitter.com/ufwupdates/status/1295170417578057728
If you’re near areas affected by hazardous air quality, be a volunteer “eyes on the field” and report to us any worksites you see that may not have appropriate precautions in place.

Most of all, in hard times you can be an organizer. (Yes, you!) Text everyone you know to make sure they’re registered to vote.

You can check in with people who live alone or are outside of regular safety nets. You can talk to your family and agree on a cause and work together.
Reach out and ask if you need help, too.

These are hard and frightening times, but we should all care of ourselves so we can take care of each other.
