In regards to the whole Leafy situation. There are a lot fair, yet, biased arguments being waved around on both sides of the aisle.
First, YouTube is a private company. If you're unbeknowingly screaming that they did something "illegal", you're not winning any points. YouTube can remove just about anyone as they please without facing major consequence.
Second, don't pretend that Leafy didn't violate one of YouTube's Terms of Service. His video series on Pokimane mainly revolved around him shredding on her appearance without providing any rational criticism. That in itself is the very textbook definition of targeted harassment,-
-and you're kidding yourself if you say otherwise.
With that being, I do believe YouTube went up and beyond by just banning him without any penalties being enforced, is unacceptable.
If Leafy is banned, who's to say your favorite content creator won't be next. We all know YT and many other sites play loose with their rules.

They say "harassment" isn't allowed, yet allow people like @Onision to continue to roam scott free, when he has actively violated the site's Terms of Services more than many occasions.

Truth is, these sites don't know how to deal with abusive content that doesn't include fucking over everyone else in their respective platform.
I understand why people are celebrating that Leafy is banned. He sucks and his content is pure dogshit that consists nothing but spiting and harassing other people. I get why there are those that are repulsed of people saying he shouldn't be banned.
The simple matter is, his first amendment right was violated, and we shouldn't allow YouTube, Twitch, or any other streaming service site to filter out what we should or shouldn't see.
Personally, I couldn't care less about @Leafy. I think he's an insufferable little brat who abuses his status as a popular internet personality to get what he wants, and objectively incites harmful and abusive behavior towards others.
