i still see a lot of people shipping the characters from eddsworld and frankly it fucking disgusts me
here’s why

i know u all just looooove ur hAwT yAoIzzz!1!1!1!1 but uh
the characters in the show are real people, have some respect. they’re REAL LIFE people stop being gross lmfao

same w/ septiplier, kpop pairings, etc. i get it, like 90% of u irl shippers are 13-14 and whatnot, but drawing them kissing and cuddling and writing SMUT about them is where i draw the FUCKING LINE. keep that shit to yourself.

imagine someone drawing/writing YOU and YOUR BEST FRIEND getting it on, how would you feel??? trust me, it’s uncomfortable as fuck. i’m speaking from experience. sure, you may feel flattered at first cause oh wow! somebody wrote a fic about you! but after a while it just gets +

flat out disturbing.

what’s worse is the fact that one of the people behind eddsworld is dead, yet instead of respecting him as a PASSED human being (along with respecting his friends), you treat them like fictional characters.

normally i’m 100% fine with shipping fictional characters as long as it’s nothing like incest, beastiality, you get the point— but when it comes to eddsworld, it’s different.

drawing/writing a crack fic abt irl people and shipping them as a JOKE is one thing, making romantic/sexual headcanons about them is another thing.

honestly i would let it slide if you’re 13-14 or younger, but even then you should know where to draw the line.

not knowing better and full on knowing that it’s wrong............
