A friend of mine who lives in the Philippines needs professional help ASAP.

Apparently, she'd been going through a lot mentally for quite a while now, but it was only recently that we realized how bad her depression (and possibly other issues) really was.

(2) I don't completely understand, but I'm not a professional; all I know is that it's serious.
