I believe it& #39;s also strategic on Lewis& #39; part. The most effective political strategy for her is to remain a little mysterious. Above it all. She doesn& #39;t communicate much and I& #39;ve heard (not *reliably*, I& #39;m not an insider) that she refused fair number of media requests.
