Curious to know, what was the worst/ most uncomfortable plot in a fanfic you read?

Character is kidnapped by main rival who is given to twin older brother as an omega bride. After main character is impregnated by Older brother, suddenly the main rival is revealed to be in love with his older brother but since is an alpha himself begins to abuse the omega too

And it became a clusterfuck of noncon but the main character is written like he has accepted his fate as a sex slave and basically embraces the 5 kids he eventually has with both brothers and I'm just still angry about it
