even though there's no jumping it definitely got my heart racing so highly recommend if your at a higher cw rn or if you are worried about your knees
this one was the hardest out of the bunch to do for me but maybe it's bc i did it back to back w the last one lmao, there's a lot of jumping but there's modifications and it gets your heart racing
