~ to estimate ur burn do:
ur weight * cal burned / 150
short but gets the job done, probably the easiest one out of the bunch
even though there's no jumping it definitely got my heart racing so highly recommend if your at a higher cw rn or if you are worried about your knees
longest one out of the bunch but didn't feel too repetitive so i liked it
this one was the hardest out of the bunch to do for me but maybe it's bc i did it back to back w the last one lmao, there's a lot of jumping but there's modifications and it gets your heart racing
