I think part of what gets me down so often is that I built up these expectations for my life and I haven't reached any of my goals yet. I know I'm not the only 25 y/o that isn't in their dream career, living in their dream city, in a happy relationship, etc. (1)
I need to work on setting more attainable goals for my current self and stop hyper focusing on what I don't have. I've accepted that my current way of thinking isn't good for my mental, so now it's just about finding ways to focus on the present. (2)
