so if wwx has adhd (which he does in my head at all times) that actually adds further dimension to his whole “i need to Work to keep my family/friends” bc SO many adhd kids learn v quick that they’re annoying & try to compensate for this w/humor in the hope that their comedic—

—advances make up for their annoyance. there’s lingo for this in scientific circles but i dont fee like remembering it rn. just know that a) wwx’s trauma, b) his r-ship w/madam yu, & c) his probable adhd all come together to make him Super need to compensate for being himself

which is interesting enough on its own, but the thing that i love abt cql/mdzs is how many /layers/ there r to everything. like. to me wwx scans clearly as adhd, which then affects *every facet of his life* & i think that’s neat
