California Medical Facility and Solano State Prisons in Vacaville. Already, people at CMF and Solano are having serious trouble breathing, including the many medically vulnerable people at CMF. People report that embers from the fires are falling on the yard.

The N95 masks that the prisons are handing out to the people incarcerated there are not enough when fires are in the area. CDCR must immediately evacuate these prisons and take people housed there to locations where they will be out of danger of these fires and CDCR must take..

all feasible measures to ensure that nothing like this occurs again! This is an extremely dangerous situation and the state cannot just leave people to die.
