If we get all our realistic signings and still don’t make it in the top 4 I will be Lampard out. No way should he not be getting top 4 with this team. I’ve let him off a lot this season for obvious reasons but I’ve learnt a lot. Still have a lot of doubts over him.
People think he’s some great manager but he isn’t yet. We can’t lower our standards for him just because he was a fantastic player for us. I’m treating him like any other manager. Simple.
Our squad with those signing is the 2nd best squad in the league as our depth is clear. Any world class managers takes this team to 2nd next season no doubt. Lampard isn’t there yet. Hopefully he does get there man. Won’t be soon tho. It’ll take time.
