What can you do if you are sexually harassed while #WFH?

@ctrlzee recommends

- identifying which authority has jurisdiction over sexual misconducts
- seeking the advice of an attorney
- seeking help using redressal mechanisms.
- reporting to your employer, with evidence or not.
@ctrlzee also recommends caution when reporting to employees if

- the culture promotes harassment

- the perpetrator has significant power or status in the organisation.

In India, a form of redressal mechanism is the Local Complaints Committee at the district level as stated in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,Prohibition &Redressal) Act, 2013 which also defines a home or dwelling place as a workplace & is valid while #WFH.
