Over the next few weeks I’m going to post a thread of female racing drivers many people may not know about, but deserve recognition.
There’s a lot of talent coming through right now, a lot more than many people may think!
Doriane Pin 🇫🇷

Doriane competes in @RenaultSpSeries Clio Cup France this year and qualified inside the top-5, claiming a class podium on her debut weekend!
She’s previously tested F4 cars, but 2020 has brought a season of hard racing in tin tops!

Michelle Halder 🇩🇪

Michelle begun her car racing career in German F4, but has since been a race winner in TCR Germany! Moving up to TCR Europe last weekend, Michelle had the pace to compete with experienced touring car drivers with her family run team!

Jasmin Preisig 🇨🇭

Jasmin has been a touring car racer in Germany for over 5 years, competing in the VW Scirocco Cup before making multiple appearances in TCR Germany. This season Jasmin has already won her class in the NLS Series on the Nordschleife.

Samantha Tan 🇨🇦

Samantha finished 2nd in the GT4 America West Pro-Am championship last year and already has 4 GT4 America class podiums this year. She’s made her way up through the ranks of North American tin top racing, now owning a successful GT4 team!

Lilou Wadoux 🇫🇷

Lilou is a driver most people won’t be familiar with. However, the 19-year old finished 3rd in the 208 Racing Cup series in 2018, before scoring a podium in Clio Cup France in 2019. This year Lilou has stepped up to the Alpine Europa GT4 Cup.

Olivia Askew 🇺🇸

Olivia is the daughter of American GT driver David Askew and competes in TC America in a Honda Civic FK8 TCR car.
Olivia has shown great pace on her touring car debut this year and could be one to watch in the future.
Alesia & Jacqueline Kreutzpointner 🇩🇪

German twins Alesia & Jacqueline Kreutzpointner have always raced together, starting off in the DMV 318ti Cup before this season making the step up to ADAC GT4 Germany.

Aurora Straus 🇺🇸

Aurora is currently a BMW driver competing in a limited schedule in America. She’s shown front-running speed every time she’s had the opportunity to race in GT4. Hopefully her schedule will increase over the coming years as she’s one to watch!

Patricija Stalidzane 🇩🇪

At just 18 years of age Patricija has one ADAC GT4 season under her belt, making the switch from Audi to McLaren this season after one podium in 2019.
Patricija will aim to be a frontrunner by the end of the season in silver cup.

Jessica Bäckman 🇸🇪

Jessica started her career in rally cross before moving to touring cars. After spells in TCR UK & Germany, Jessica is now a front runner in TCR Europe and an official Hyundai Motorsport junior driver.
