So, I wanted to cancel a couple of our @Adobe licenses. I’m THIS close to cancelling all of them. What the hell is up with this?

So since Adobe didn't get back to me, I reluctantly returned to their chat. This gets MUCH MUCH worse. Read and weep.
So who thinks I'll hear back from @AdobeCare within 24-48 hours?
Too bad they've probably blocked access to Twitter for all employees. @AdobeCare should read this thread though.
