This year has been tough, but we just took a moment to celebrate exciting news: I've won an @snf_ch #PRIMA grant to study non-traditional paths to more #diverse #leadership.
I'll be working closely together with @GudrunSander @HSGStGallen in the Competence Centre for #Diversity & #Inclusion (with amazing colleagues such as @WinfriedRuigrok), incl. hiring 2 PhD students. https://ccdi-unisg.ch/
Many have helped me along the way to develop and hone this idea, incl. @gerbilocity, @KarkRonit, @MikkiHebl, @JohnAntonakis, @RadicalAlexGMU, & my economist friends @ETH_en. So grateful for my scholarly village!

I will maintain my affiliation with the amazing @UofEBusiness & am amazed at how the main ideas of this grant fit so nicely with the key research foci of @uofebizleaders & @uofebiznetworks.
