End of thread....in conclusion, Niall has been working out quite a lot and is very shredded Also despite his bruised ankle, he's still working out..what an inspiration. Now a request to his trainer, can we please have a video of him working out, would love to see that

I guess I'll continue this thread until we keep getting his workout pictures!!
