why sexualizing minors even if you’re a minor yourself isn’t okay: a thread—
there’s p much 2 reasons: if you’re a minor yourself, you wouldn’t want ppl, draw lewd images of you, sexualize you, etc. bc at the end of the day you’re still a kid, right?
secondly, apps like twitter and tiktok are public spaces with many children. there are MANY ppl (esp 18+ users) who are highly uncomfortable with seeing sexualized images of minors unprovoked
saying “they’re not real” isn’t an easy way out bc you’re still essentially implying that minors are doing those nsfw (there’s totally nothing wrong w teens engaging in sexual activity but i’m talking abt displaying them engaging in those acts). it promotes pedophilic tendencies
look, it’s normal to have sexual thoughts abt somebody ur age (fictional or not) bc thats how feelings/hormones work. nobody can stop that. BUT, you don’t need to publicly display ur sexual fantasies for a minor as a minor urself. it makes a lot of ppl around you uncomfortable.
you have a choice: are you gonna be the bigger person and respect other ppls discomfort and boundaries? or are you just going to sit there and blatantly spew out wtv you want to say and not expect any criticism?
bc yes you have the right to say whatever you want, BUT that also means people have the right criticize you and express their discomfort. think of URSELF in the situation if the children you’re sexualizing. please just be considerate of others! i hope this makes sense to some

since this is getting attention i want to just point out one thing: it is COMPLETELY normal for teens to feel feelings and sexual attraction to other teens (fictional or not). it’s OKAY!!! i’m not telling you to stop.
the point of this thread was to say that some ppl may feel UNCOMFORTABLE hearing you openly express extremely nsfw things/drawings about minors (since many ppl on the internet are 18+). i think it’s more to be considerate and aware than anything else!
that being said, adults being attracted to minors is an AWFUL issue and should be HIGHLY condemned. please do not seek relationships in adult bc you feel wrong for harboring sexual attraction to a person your age
and when i say ppl may feel uncomfortable, i’m talking minors as well!!! i am in no way intending to demonize kids bc it is NEVER their fault!!! this post is for the ppl who feel like it’s okay to draw lewd fanart of killua and posting it online, justifying it by saying theyre 12
