There was previously a plan to develop the S-300VMK on a BAZ-69096 10x10 chassis (the 51P6E2 is likely a development of that). This 10x10 chassis may also prove to be the TEL for the S-500 (instead of the MZKT-792911) and possibly for the S-400 to carry its 40N6 missile. 23/
