RW feminists have deeply internalized this phrase.

In a traditional society sages, people with wisdom, adults TELL women and men what to do. That's how civilizations function. Always.

feminists want to stop 'telling women what to do'.

It is completely irrelevant for them whether the things being told are good or not. They just don't want women to be told what to do.

In a normal, healthy, organic society people get told what to do by their adults, family members, well-wishers.

Feminists hate this because they have deeply internalized the concept of narcissistic-individualism and being told what to do deeply violates this.

Being told what to do by learned men, parents, adults, family members, well-wishers is a sign of a healthy and normal society.

In a society where nobody tells you what to do is a society where nobody cares for one another.
In a society where nobody tells you what to do is a society filled with apathy.
In a society where nobody tells you what to do is a society destined to die.
