Tyler Townsend, an assistant band director at a Texas middle school, was charged with 10 counts of invasive recording and 10 counts of possession or promotion of child pornography. (Hays County Jail)

Bryan C. Mileikis, 33, was indicted on one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Mileikis was arrested on July 1, 2020 and charged by criminal complaint.

Alexander Carnahan, 27, of Randolph, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with production of child pornography. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison, a maximum of 30 years, and a $250,000 fine.

Tyler Bradley Wirth, 31, was charged in the U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Mo., with 2 counts of producing child pornography, one count of distributing child pornography over the internet, and 1 count of possessing child pornography.

Patrick Shaknitz, 29, of Croydon, PA, has been arrested and charged by Complaint with one count each of distribution and attempted distribution of child pornography.

Samuel Kurp, 26 years old, formerly of Oregon, Ohio, most recently of Elmore, Ohio arrested and charged by Complaint with one count each of distribution and attempted distribution of child pornography.
